Responsibilities

Assure that the facility and suppliers perform at levels acceptable to Healthcare customers. Responsible for Internal Audits, Corrective and Preventive Action, Management Reviews, Non-conforming Materials, Equipment Qualifications, Process Validations and related Quality Systems, and assuring that all are effectively implemented and compliant with all Corporate Quality and Regulatory policies: ISO 13485, ISO 14644, and CFD Parts 820, 11, 210/211. This is a Lean/Sigma facility with a focus on continuous improvement.

Requirements

BS degree and 8 years of progressive Quality experience in a high paced, Lean Sigma, medical device manufacturing facility. Bilingual Spanish/English required. CQM, CQE, CQA, Six Sigma Black Belt are all desirable certifications.
